Janitorial supply house 4better products
I went to a Janitorial Supply house last week to find some better quality cleaning products at lower prices. I’m sorry that I didn’t think of that option earlier.
I was sold a bio-degradable degreaser called Citro-clean which out performed the nasty petroleum based stuff that someone here recommended a while back. Much safer to work with. $15/gal and it’s very concentrated. I diluted it about ten to one and used it in a rotary floor cleaning machine.
I also bought a gallon of sealer called Stonecrete which I used on slate I’d set on the front porch about a year ago. I used it on an old brick patio too. It brought out all the colors in the slate and restored much of the red color of the fifty year old brick. That’s not unusual for sealer but this stuff cost $17/gal instead of $100/gal at the masonry supply place.

I hear you. I needed to clean ceiling grid in a kitchen before we replaced the tiles.
I went to a local store to purchase a degreaser/cleaner. I think it was $ 12.00 a bottle. I left it there and went to a professional supply house and bought a gallon of concentrated liquid for 11.99. That night I tested it on the grid.
Two drops, no joke, of this stuff in a gallon of water was strong enough to remove 14 years of grime from fryers and commercial baking.
Now it will take me two lifetimes to use up the rest of that gallon of cleaner.....

Same story here, but we're talking mildewcide after a customer had water damage. The guys at the janitorial supply know their products, and will steer you straight for less."Now it will take me two lifetimes to use up the rest of that gallon of cleaner....." ...and I've got two lifetimes-worth of mildewcide!Collect 'em all!
