I ordered from them back in late October with no problems. I called them for info once and was treated okay.
*I ordered 2 items from them and neither was in stock (bearing kit, and straight bits). After about 2 months I finally called and they sent them but had to go pull them from the assembly line or whereever they had them. No apologies or anything for the delay. The stuff is ok but I don't think I'll order from them again. Good Luck...john
*I've bought bits from them over the internet and had great results and great bits. I had one small problem that I made the mistake on my order and I called in and they made it right without addtl. cost. I'd say give them another chance.Good luck,John

*I have had nothing but good experience with Jesada. The bits are very nice--so much so that I have begun to replace my Freud bits with similar Jesada as they wear out. Nothing beats working with good, sharp router bits!I, too, order directly on line and have had no problems.
