Can anyone give me advice on jigs for morticing hinges on interior doors. Any advice, on making them, buying and using them would be helpful, thanks.

Few people understand it. Nobody agrees what it is, how to learn about it, or who's responsible for it. It has never been more important

I use 1/4 inch ply template and make two wings that stick out keep my trim router base in line. I place a wood fence on the side for adjustment. its only about 7 by 12 inches.

This has been discussed before. Here's a link to one of those threads:

There have been others. Try searching for hinges, templates and/or mortise.
When you research this, keep in mind how much you think you'd use it. There's no sense in spending a ton of money for the once a year door.
Ya know what, I just trace the hinge on the door and free hand it.
Sorry, but its not rocket science. Maybe chick dig guys with all the jigs, but come on, its just a door hinge.
