I have a Karcher power washer and need to get it ready to survive a Michigan winter. Besides running the engine until empty what else should I do? When I run the engine should I also pump water and actually clean something?
Thanks, Mike

I'd run RV water system antifreeze through the washer. (Or maybe read the instructions and follow them, as an absolute last gasp effort.)
Karcher?
Give it to the Goodwill.
Problem solved.
I thought the same thing! DanT
Well I still need it for home projects. Seriously, if I had instructions I would read them - as a last ditch effort. I could go on line and read - but again that is so much less fun than here.If you were to keep it - even though you do not like it - what would you do for the likely -20 weather that is coming? Thanks, Mike
Like I said, run some RV antifreeze through it.

don't forget to fog the engine, and put stabil in the gas.
Thanks - I am not sure what 'fog' the engine means. Could you kindly clarify? Thanks, Mike
It is a engine spray that they sell for storage. You spray it in the carb when the engine is running and it keeps the internals from rusting. Also spray the exterior with it.
Most important is to heavily dose the last bit of gas with Stabil and then run it dry.
