Anyone out there fimilar with kit homes (timber frame ect.) We have a friend over drinking beer with us tonight and are cruising the net. She has bought a rural piece of land in Northern Spain and kit homes are an exception to zoning rules. I know kits and frame home packages have been used here from the U.S., Canada, England, and Poland. Any help appreciated.
P.S. Just want to steer somebody in the right direction not get to involved so framing something myself is no option.

Lots of different types, from precut stick built to modular. They run from rather high end panelized to converted shipping containers. Lots of different styles even in the more mainstream kits.
