Do they sell base cabinets for Desk areas in a Kitchen? Is there a standard height? I’m guessing about 32″.
I’m putting a desk area in my Laundry Room. I may want to add a base drawer unit latter.
Thanks

Few people understand it. Nobody agrees what it is, how to learn about it, or who's responsible for it. It has never been more important

I always consider desk height at 30".

The 80 plus year old desk to my left is 30" ......the 15-20 year old office table that I'm typing at right now is 32" ........take your pick! :)

If you want a non-standard desk height, make sure you can buy a non-standard chair to go with it.
Otherwise the desk should be 30".
Ever get that feeling of being short when you sit at a booth at a really old restaurant and you sink down a little.

One of the most comfortable desks I've used was standard counter top height, with a bar stool that had a back. One base cabinet left out, for the my legs and when not used for a desk, it was the counter. Just a thought....
30" if used with a typical chair.
Democrats.
The other white meat.
Most cabinet companies sell a 30-1/2" "vanity" height line, which will finish to around 32" above the floor. The trick of that, is that they likely have either or both 18" or 21" deep end panels on those cabients, as those are common depths for vanity cabinets.
That's not all bad, since you have a different counter-top height, so being able have that height "die" into the side of the 34-1/2" tall, 24' deep base cabinets.
Now, personally, I've seen some of these desk areas in kitchens that were downright uncomfortable, because you wind up "lower" than the rest of the kitchen. I've found for several people, a stand-up/bar-height "desk" set at 42" can be much more "friendly" in the kitchen.
But, that's perception, and perceptions vary, as do kitchens.
29.5" to 31"
Crowd higher if using a pencil drawer or keyboard slide-out.
Yes there are high draw units mess-produced.
