Yep.
Hints:
Install the faucet to the sink, and the sink to the counter, THEN set the counter in place. Save yourself a lot of headache.
Put a bead of silly-cone cauld around the opening and mash the sink rim into it. Save yourself a lot of future headache.

Define BEST!
Yes----- but there is always an exception
I had a customer that wanted laminate top & under mount sink
After scratching my head to a raw point.
Me & the carp came up with----- undermount sink on the sub-top, where the edge was we put a 1x2 strip of TEAK.
End result laminate top, nice pretty edge of teak dropping into the undermount SS sink.
Take a look at http://www.karranproducts.com for under mounting. If you already have the counter installed a short piece of tubing stuck on the end of your screwdriver will hold those pesky screws while you get em in the slot in the rim.
Thanks I'll look into it. I'm interested in seeing how the sink and counter top seem together and what prevents the it from delaminating. The substrate will be particle board.
