Hey guys. There is an issue with the kitchen water tap and I need your advice . The hot water works without any issue, however if I turn the handle to the cold water, the cold water will start then stop within few seconds. I replaced the Faucet cartridge recently. Any advice will be appreciated.

The obvious first thing to check is your new cartridge and make sure you have it positioned correctly. Its easy to put them in wrong.
I checked the cartridge again, it's correctly installed. I noticed when I turn the handle to the cold water ,the water run then a release sound will appear and the water cut off. I swapped the cold hose with the hot hose same issue. I checked the cold water without connected to the faucet, the water is flow normally.
Integral sprayer or separate? Did you clean up the head screen etc?
Was there a problem before the cartridge change?
How about the shut off?
Had a Grohe faucet and had to ream out/poke with a wire, the mixing area in the body where the mixing took place.
