More details please.
Nail it to an adjacent wall or the floor??
*secure it!
*If you're talking about the free standing end of a knee wall, simpson (and probably others) makes a connector for this.Basically, you attach this metal thing to one or more of the studs in the wall and use a long threaded rod to secure the stud to the floor framing. You then tighten the heck out of this rod and it pulls the wall studs down against the sole plate, the floor, and the framing below so hard that nothing can move at all.
*If it is a "corner" then it is by definition "secured" As scooter said, we need more details.
*Secure it with a couple big "L" brackets let in to the subfloor and wall framing. If the wall and floor are already finished, you'll have to "unfinish" them to do this.A bookcase or cabinet will stiffen it right up too.
