Am I the only one that thought the home being targeted for the latest project on This Old House should just be torn down completely and something more fiting for the neighborhood’s style built?
The mid-50’s modern style home didn’t suit the neighborhood when it was built and only adds to the soreness of the eyes considering its condition. The owner had gone through two architects in four years, now on his third, and the place looks like its not worth what the land may be valued at.
I think this is the first time I would agree with knocking it down. lol

What I find annoying is that most of the problems are due to lack of maintenance over the last 13 years, which is when this guy bought the place.
