   If you're just not sure you can do it tell the guy you'll be learning on his time. If he says yes go for it and learn the old fashioned way. If you need help there are plenty of people here that will help out best as we can over the web. GO FOR IT.

   *how much $?I'm interested......I built this one. Its mine. I live in it now. Was a spec house but gonna hang here awhile I think....Came out so awesome. I been building over 25 years and love my work.

   I've been asked to help on a gambrel roof going up on a building just NE of Detroit.

   I'm looking forward to helping this gentleman, but I don't have the experience to lead this job.

   I, or rather the owner, is looking for a lead carpenter for the project.

   His hopes are that the framing starts at the end of this month, or beginning of November.
