Cut off the fins and install them conventionally?
Don't buy thm with fins for an atypical installation.
There is a world of information missing here for specific advice.
Framing materials? Masonry wall?
Stucco thickness and type?
Lintle exposed to weather?
Interior stucco?
Size and type of window?

I agree with discarding the fins and place that window in the hole wherever you want it. If you really, really are insistant on using the fins and the framing is not done, then you can oversize the opening 3 inches all around and install a 4 1/2 (2X6 ripped) buck in which you can attach the nailing fin. The exterior elevation will now have a 1 1/2+ on each side that will need to be filled or built up with foam to join the existing stucco.
