I am having a problem finding a product. we are renovating a hotel and the exterior rails have sqaure balusters in round holes bored into concrete and the grout has eroded from the balusters leaving them very loose. the hole in the concrete is 3″ round and the balusters are 2″ square so there is alot of filling to do and there is approximately 300 balusters to do this for. i am looking for a product that could be used with a caulking gun. I have tried simpson epoxy at-30 but it is very expensive and wont adhere to the concrete because of the fill needed. I have also tried hydralic cement but it drys to fast and is messy does any body have any suggestions.

grout and a pastry bag with appropriate sized nozzle.
As Observer suggested, concrete grout comes to mind, but is that what failed over time ?
I have used underwater marine epoxies that come in 2 part putty consistency, similar to those cheesy tv commercials for that "fix anything" putty.
You just hand squeeze the parts together until the color is right, then work it in to where you need it, it is like modeling clay. Cant think of the maker now. Expensive stuff.
Here it is, Spashzone. Maybe these people make something you can use.

Trust in God, but row away from the rocks.
Thanks for the suggestion grout is what degraded over time before but maybe there is a better product now I think I am going to try a product called rockite.I tried the epoxies and you are right very expensive but for some reason it wouldnt adhere to the concrete but welded to the baluster.
