I have been in the renovation biz on LI now for over 25 years and have run small crews to just myself and a helper depending on job size. I like doing high end work of smaller proportions. Custom work where real skill and appreciation for craftsmanship is expected not just anothe bang em out job. I would like to specialize in doing this kind of work getting away from the any ol job for the buck. I have honed my skills and knowledge over the years and would like to step into a more specialized thoughtful clientle realationship. If anyone hears me and has similar thoughts I’d like to hear them or anyone that has already engaged in such a effort. I would like to here your comments and thoughts.
