Four years ago, on a rave review from a cabinet maker, I convinced the boss to purchase a Milw. SCMS.
Now the saw seems to be losing it accuracy.
Has any one else out there had any good or bad experience with this saw?
Mr. T.

4 years and how many cabinets ? What kind of use has it seen ?
I'm beginning to lose a bit of my accuracy too...
*I'll give you $100 for it. Joe H
*Mr. T, Luka's well known humor is right on the money. The saw should be fully depreciated now so just replace it. The bad saws are the ones that aren't accurate out of the box.
*My detents have been a little off for quite awhile and according to the manual it has to go to a factory authorized repair place to be fixed so I just live with it. Mine is mounted on a wheeled stand and I've used it primarily for framing so its been bounced around quite a bit. Other than being a big heavy brute to move around I'm still in love with it.JonC
*After four years of use its time to move it down the line to be concidered a chop saw, as you use yours. time to invest in a new one for finish work.
*Get the right tool for the job, boys...Makita...six years day in day out. Milwaukee makes great drills...
