Has anyone here been involved with the LP Innerseal siding class action lawsuit, per submitting claim and collecting? I’ve used it on my own home and several customers through the years here in the Pacific Northwest. I have not at this time entered a claim, however it is suppose to be done by Dec. of this year. There is information at the LP website. I understand that claims have been taking a long time to process. Now they are going to speed it some if you take a cut in your settlement (for around 50% I think) seems like a shifty way to cut their losses. In there defense LP has not admitted any wrongdoing. Clinton speak I guess, if it works one time should work again, right. If anyone knows where some other information is from people who have been down this road, please share with all.
