I think I finally got the money together ot build a shop in dead space beneath my house. My house sits on a 20 x 20 cinderblock square foundation with pierblock supported posts and lallys. I will be putting the house on jacks and temporary posts to do the necessary digging. My goal is to only use the pump once. can i get away with pouring my slab and footer around my temporary posts and wetsetting my first course of cmus or should I pony up and pay the pumpman twice to do my footerstemwall and then my slab? This will be for a shop floor, so the finish isn’t paramount.

It sounds like cmus are the norm in your area - I'd use 'em.
The pump will be close to a grand each trip (here we pay travel time) so I would do it in one trip. Could you put in temporary supports for your pier blocks, use quikrete, build piers, jack the house on these, then pour your slab? Won't you be laying block on top of your current foundation - that sounds like the direct approach.
If you can get the concrete truck close to the house, use a chute into the basement and wheelbarrows for the slab pour - save the pump money.
