Anyone know of a good publication that’ll help me re-roof my house with standing-seam metal roofing. I’m especially in need of advice on flashing around skylights, vents & chimneys & also ridge venting. Thanks in advance.

Terry,
Try checking panel supplier websites. Metal Sales (http://mtlsales.com/products/ImageII.pdf) had very detailed information on how to install some of the systems that they sell. Also, some local suppliers (such as Champion out this way) have detailed written installation instructions.
Thanks Chris, There's a Champion not far from me - that's actually who supplies most of the building suppliers in this area. I'll give them a call
