The community I live in has a front wall tiled in limestone looking concrete tile. The tile seems to be a great median for the growth of black mold. The question is..Once I pressure wash it is there a sealer I can put on it to prevent future mold growth?
Thanks

just googled my favorite for tile and grout ...
Looks like it'll work.
AQUA MIX SEALER'S CHOICETM GOLD is a premium, no-sheen, natural-look, water-based, penetrating sealer formulated to provide maximum stain protection, especially in food preparation and serving areas. May also be used as a pre-grouting sealer. Allows moisture vapor transmission. It is also an excellent grout sealer.
Uses
Use on all natural stone (such as marble, granite, slate, travertine, and limestone), porcelain, quarry, saltillo, terra cotta, cement pavers, masonry surfaces, and other porous tile and grout where a natural look is desired. Effective for interior and exterior applications.

wanted to add ...
have no idea if it'll stop the mold ...
but at least it'll seal the stone. Might make future cleaning easier.

I don't know about sealers, but can suggest you put a small amount of bleach in the wash to kill the mold. If you just rinse it off mold will come back sooner than if you kill it. About a 25% solution of household bleach is good. Rinse well.
thanks for the input.
There may be a mildewcide available that is more permanent than bleach. Something with copper sulphate is what I'm thinking about.
