After cleaning the basent out of my rental property I have found mold or what I belive to be mold on the the floor joist above. The basement did have water problems before but I have corected that problem and need to find a way for to get rid of the mold and the musty smell before renting it out again. I have thought of maybe mixing some water and bleach in a garden sprayer and spraying the joist and then airing out the basement but don’t know if this will solve the problem. Any ideas or input will be welcome. Thanks, Alex
