I recently installed a tile floor and as it was my first time, I left a thin film of grout on my tiles which I didn’t notice until the grout fully dried. I found I can scrub the film off the tile faces with a wire brush and some cleanser, however its slow going and I’m wondering if there is and eiser or faster way to get this cleaned up.

what kinda grout?
Sounds like it may simply be the grout hazing over.
Can't see how thick a "film" ya left from here......but grout will haze......and ya gotta keep wiping till it stops coming back. Usually a slightly damp sponge in a circular motion will get it .......I like to sponge one or twice......then after I'm sure it's set just enough that I won't damage the nicely tooled grout lines .......I'll buff the tiles themselves with a dry bath towel.
Takes the haze away without having to sponge forever.
If U used an epoxy grout........a damp sponge ain't gonna cut it.

What do you have in the way of power tools? A random orbit sander? They have a pad that looks like the green scrungee dish washing sponge pad...try that with a little water. Grout is a cement product...think about trying to scrub the top layer off the sidewalk...problem is you don;t want to harm the tiles or the grout lines. Won't do that again, will you?
Do it right, or do it twice.
Try a mild vinegar solution. If that doesn't work try a grout haze remover. I wouldn't get into strong acids until after you have exhausted milder alternatives. Don't use sandpaper. The green 3M pads work fine and won't scratch most tiles. Try them out on an inconspicuous area.
