I have a munchkin T80 wall hung boiler. Only two years old. This morning I had -24 outside, woke up and the boiler wasn’t working. It was reading a code F09 which states in the manual that the flame isn’t on (really!?!?) After pushing the reset button three times the unit fired up again. Luckily my house only dropped to 65 degrees (not bad for fiberglass insulation)
So, i was just wondering if any of you have had this problem before? What have you done to fix it? Does replacing the spark electrode and hot surface ignitore fix the problem?

Have you posted this q over on the HeatingHelp.com forum?
There are a whole lot more experts there, on the subject of condensing boilers, than there are here at Breaktime.
