We are restoring a turn of the century house and a cottage into a Bed & Breakfast. We need an efficient way to heat enough hot water for 6 1/2 baths. We have an old boiler system heating old cast iron radiators in the old house. Is there anything out there we could use to make all the hot water we need and if it makes more than we need, send it over to the heating boiler? If not, then just an efficient hot water heater. Natural gas is available. Thanks for any ideas.
