Actually I need tips on using them (before the quick witted put me on!) Am about to embark on a kitchen remodeling project that includes a new ceiling. The ceiling will hang, in part, from the existing cathedral ceiling trusses carried over to sit on top of the top plate of the exterior wall. I plan on putting in recessed can lights. Anyway, given that I’m doing this alone the weight and plumbnes of metal studs appeals. Any books out there on how to? (Amazon.com didn’t yield anything). Can I use my 10″ miter saw (what kind of blade). Any general info and/or tips would be appreciated. TIA.
