fish,
Zip wall works well for cordoning off large areas or sections of large rooms from floor to ceiling. There is a self-adhesive zipper system, the name of which escapes me now, that works very well for sealing a doorway, yet still allowing access when needed. You seal the doorway w/6 mil poly and blue painters tape, the apply the zipper(s), then unzip the zipper and slice the poly down the middle of the zipper, creating the entry/exit way. I really like this system, it's about $15 for the kit of 2 zippers, an alcohol wipe, and two short sections of poly cord you can use to tie the "door" up with. Home owners love these 'cause I can seal the room during dusty operations, then leave easy access for them in the evening, or leave the area sealed to keep out un-wanted entry(kids and pets).
