Sure as long as you work hard and don't think you're some kind of smart ass that finds racial slurs funny!
*Please forgive me. I meant no offense. I have a framing company in Houston with fifteen men. Only one is full American . The day I posted that, a new man had worked all week then told me what he wanted to earn. Junior size moth-eaten nailbags, a few ratty handtools, and the skills of a five year old fort builder was all he brought over the border with him. He thought he deserved top wages because he knew how to do everything. After all, he did tie back all the safety features on my saws and guns for me when I wasn't looking. I speak fluent Spanish, but this guy doesn't know straight, plumb, square, and level in any language. He was given two choices; accept my offer and keep working, or take the pay he wants and never come back. This infuriated him. To top it off, I insisted he decide now. Excuse the obnoxious post, I was venting fresh steam. It was the wrong way to do it.
*Well, yar, JR, see me post under "training" and you'll find yer fresh crop of new hires..."WANTED: Anyone with a BA in Philosophy to ply their trade. Learn as you go. Work with a master!"

*So Joe , he still working for you or does he have his own bussiness now LOL . Reminds me of what my dad told me about a guy who helped him years ago . My dad has this neat wooden toolbox he built to carry his small tools in a long time ago long before power miter saws and nail guns . Him and this other guy [ just a helper ] were working by the hour for a builder trimming houses . Seems the helper got pissed at the builder and one day at coffee break told my dad " if you'd cut me out a toolbox like your's I'd nail it together and start subcontracting " Chuck
