New const fault in condo sound barrier

I built a condo with a 2 hour fire wall, 2 sheets 5/8 drywall, insulation, sound deadening board, 1 inch air space – same for other side. After 9 months of no sound transfer you can now hear everything from the other side. Any ideas what would cause this and how it can be fixed would be greatly appreciated.

With that much sound coming through there has to be a couple of holes in the walls, one on each side.
Has anybody done kind of work just as installing cable or security systems that might have gone into those walls.
Ditto Bill. If the sound has just recently started passing through, then something was changed. Maybe a new a/c duct penetration in the attic?

Maybe the guy in the next condo got a new girlfriend?
