I just completed a concrete pour around my house (front entrance, perimeter walkways, garden steps). Tomorrow I remove the form boards. Much of it is long lengths of lumber in good shape, except for, of course, having a patina of concrete. I don’t expect to do another pour in the near future, but I hate the idea of wasting otherwise good lumber. Any suggestions out there?

The traditional use was sheathing, either on the exterior walls, or on the floors.
Walks, steps, etc. sounds like it could be 2x material.
Just clean it off and see what stays straight as it dries out. Stack it in a gargae or dry shed and use it for whatever future projects that come up requireing 2x material.

I've used it for bracing and ground stakes.
I also have hauled some of it out to the farm and stored it in the barn for the next concrete pour.

I've used 2x6 and 2x10 for forms, and reuse the material for framing (2x6 walls and 2x10 floors) once done. Just get a big scraper and clean if off nicely first.
