I'm a barrel grip fan. I like having my hand down lower to the work and I can see batter without having to look around my own hand! Bosch has treated me well so far. Intrigued by the new model with all the so-called improvements, but there's just nothing wrong with the existing one.

Have had bosch and portercable saws. The bosch a barrel grip and the portercable a top handle both good saws but I recently got the festool barrel grip saw and it is without a doubt the best saw I have ever owned, a little more money but well worth it.
