I’ve recently noticed that Empire is now making a level that appears to be the same as the Stabila. Sears is selling them under the craftsman name as well, about the only difference I can see is that they don’t have the little red pads like the Stabilas do. They have what appear to be solid acrylic vials and the same hand holds. With sears being everywhere and the “lifetime garauntee” I’m seriously thinking about buying the 24″ and 48″ versions. Has anyone else seen these and if so what do you think?
