I am ordering interior doors from a manufacturer in the Caribbean. The architect’s plans call for nominal door sizes such as 3’0″ x 6’8″. Can anyone tell me what the actual leaf dimensions of a 3’0″ x
6’8″ door before it is trimmed for hanging? Is there a standard measurement that door manufacturers deduct from the length and width of the nominal door size? I am ordering several different sizes and don’t want to make a mistake. I am not ordering the frames, only the leafs.
