Old toilets are pretty dirty. You should consider wearing rubber gloves while installing, and boiling your hands before you eat after installation.
Oh, and if you wipe your hands on your pants while installing, you might as well burn those pants. Matter of fact I would burn them anyway, your sister says you have no sense of fashion.

*The new Lowe's that just opened in town has them on a floor display. I've seen conversion kits in mag. ads. Don't think any of the local plumbing shops carry them. Jeff

The ones I saw looked like they just separated a regular tank from the toilet, supplied a piece of brass or chromed pipe to connect them, and then quadrupled the price, but maybe I missed something...
