I recently installed some can lights for my remodel. There’s no drywall on the ceiling yet and I noticed today that I have installed four of the fixtures with the junction box facing the low end of the roof line. If repairs were ever needed, the wire connections couldn’t be accessed with two elbows on each arm.
It’s been one of those weeks.
New knowledge is priceless.
Used knowledge is even more valuable.

If you need access to the junctions attached to the cans...........down the road............you can remove the 3 screws on the inside of the can, drop the ...........can.............and get to the opposing side of the junction box. It opens each side.
See, not a bad day after all.
