I recently saw an article about optimizing basement space.
Coincidently, I get a call from someone interested in building out their basement but need some design help, not sure what they want yet, etc. Told them I just read an article that I’d bring along to help them get started with the process.
Of course now, I can NOT find the article. I am 99% certain that it was either FHB or JLC (or maybe some online version of one or the other).
Anyone remember reading something along these lines recently?

Was that the guy in Canada who needed shop space? I think it was in FWW, probably about 2 yrs ago but time flies; it might be 3 or 4 yrs.
Now that you said you would bring the article with you, and if you still can't find it, I bet a search on any of the websites mentioned will return at least a few similar articles. As long as you didn't mention too many specifics you might be able to use a different article as your reference point, save face and the customer is none the wiser. Bottom line is, you're putting your best foot forward and going to take good care of customer, and that's what matters most.

Meet me at House & Builder!
Found it! It was the "Drawing Board" section way at the end of the May issue of FHB.
Thanks!
