Just a rant here.

I’ve gotta give a thumbs up to manufactuers with GREAT customer service / warranty.

I called Kohler up and they are send me a new diverter body for free ! A couple of years back, there was some cracking on the finish of a sink that was about 2 months old. They also replaced that, no questions asked.

Another plug is for Facom (hand tools). I had a faulty torque wrench and sent it in for warranty repair. Because I picked this up in Europe (SK tools stateside), they are having a replacement sent from Europe to replace my faulty wrench.

It’s the customer service that counts…..at the end of the day.
