We recently installed a new 4x8ft picture window which required new framing with 3 2X8’s for the header. Approximately 1 week after installation the window is no longer plumb and is leaning out an inch in the upper left corner. We think that maybe the header twisted, but are not sure what to do from here. Any advice???

To me it seems unlikely that a triple 2x8 header twisted an inch. At any rate, assuming the window is indeed fastened well to the framing and there are no gaps, it sounds like the window needs to come out. What kind of window is it? Vinyl with nailing flange? Wood with nailing flange, or just wood fastened through the jambs? Or maybe some other type? Is the siding already on?
The Window is a vinyl slider (static center piece with sliders on either side) with a nailing flange. It is nailed all the way around and is unfinished inside. The siding is up on the out side. looking at it from the inside the window hasnt pulled from the framing. the Jack studs on the left are out of plumb. At the time of installation everything was nicely plumb and level. The lumber used to build the header sat outside for a couple of weeks uncovered. Could the lumber have soaked up moisture and caused this situation when it dried out? Or could the problem be originating in the jack studs?
Leaning out 1" only on one corner is twisting the glass.
Glass doesn't like to be twisted.
Pull the trim off and see what you see.
pull the window and start over
