I’m taping the underside of a stairwell and I’m not sure what to do with the outside corner where the riser meets the floor above. Do I “bend” an outside corner bead to match the angle or is there a better way to deal with these corners?

For "non-90 degree" outside corners I have had excellent luck with Strait-Flex, medium (2-1/4" wide), composite drywall tape. http://www.straitflex.com
Setting type compounds seem to work best.
I first encountered this product at the local DW supply house, now I am seeing it at the big boxes.
