I need to replace some outside stairs with a 7″ rise and 13″ run. How exactly do I cut the the risers? What is the best way to attach the risers – a ledger? If I use a synthetic product, what is the best way to conceal the ends – cut channels on the end risers? What is the best way to attach the ballisters? Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.
