My son has a Pacific brand boiler for a hot water heat system (coils in ceiling, with two pumps pumping hot water to coils). This is not common in the south…former owner was in plumbing business.
Does anyone know this company? Need a manual or info on how to handle such a system, including: do you put chemicals in it (if automatically replenishs water)?; do you change the water? what happens if power fails?; etc.
Thanks

Is the system broken?
If not pull out your "worry stone" and rub it. If the system is "broken" or not working properly, make us a digrahm or post pictures of the mechanical room and the major components.
If you are not set up to post the pictures or diagrams, email me. I, along with my co-horts can get the proper info on the site for a proper look-see.
Perhaps it would be easier for you to call in a Professional in the field of radiant heat to personally inspect the situation?
Need a referral to a professional? Just ask, I just may be able to help with someone local.
