Thank you sir !
Saw them as a freebie if you buy a Veto bag on E Bay , but didn't know where to look for a stand alone sale .

What are gonna do with wire nuts and piffen screws on the slate roof?
Ok, kidding.
I have one of the originals left, the new BBoss ones just don't seem as good as the old originals circa 1990. Those are the ones I like best.
I thik I saw the new ones at Duluth Trading, but can't be 100% certain.
Nice copper work there BTW. I don't miss chicken ladders at all. (G)

Duane,
A lot of my original ones are wearing thru in places . I've some that McGuire/ Nicholas makes but there again - not quite as good.
I'll check out Deluth too , thanks.
Chicken ladders are worth their weight in COPPER when you're slating in a valley , but the legs know they've had a workout.
Thanks Walter
The Duluth bags aren't worth the material they're made out of, they're not true 'chute bags, i.e. the pull string closes the bag mouths. I've got 4 of them that I bought that I keep meaning to return and will have to test their satisfaction guarantee. If you want a cheap set get the Husky's from HD, they're made much heavier than the Duluth bags, and I think they're cheaper too (3 plus a storage bag for $20 when I bought mine). The Duluth bags are also really shallow, the Huskys are deeper. Then again, I think most of the Duluth stuff has/is going downhill. About the only thing I get from them anymore are their work gloves, and even then I've stopped buying their top of the line since they changed their cut, and the forefinger/thumb web is now too short. Their cheapest gloves are actually a better fit for me...Z
Cyberguys sells a smaller version.
Be wary of the BB versions -- some models don't have the draw cords as pictured and aren't self-closing.
