What should the mix be for parging exposed concrete basement walls?
I just want something to fill in all the small bubble holes & such.
Do I need a sand/cement mortar mix or is there something thinner?
I’d also like to ad that the new format is NOT user friendly, IMHO.

Phil,
FWIW - I recently did some w/ a bagged topping mix. Looked quite acceptable. Also done it w/ a finer grit sand (30 screen?)and plastic cement. I always like to add my own concrete adhesive (the white glue) to my mix. If the wall is still green, no need to put any adhesive on the wall.
Comes out real nice when done w/ the black hard rubber float.
*Phil, I really like using a bonding agent when parging and especially below grade.I don't think the brand is important, Skip
