We are wanting to install a laminated floor in our bedroom and living area.
We have a strip of paving tile about 22ft x 3 foot wide in front of our fireplace. We want to remove the paving tile. We need to find out the best method for doing this. Can you help us with your suggestions?

Bill,
Asume your tile is on a concrete floor??
Hire a small jackhammer with a flat spade bit and pop the tiles up...you can also hire another type of blade that is thinner ( possibly for vinyl removal ?? ) which will help in the final clean up. Wear glasses and ear porotection...may also need a mask.
