Anyone want to chime in on the right pay to offer a carpenter in high-end remodeling in the philadelphia area?
this guy has five years experience, great at trim and detail jobs, stepping up to running lead on a job and has great client skills.
any opinions?
Skim-coating with joint compound covers texture, renews old drywall and plaster, and leaves smooth surfaces ready to paint.
