Pepping moldy window frame for new paint

The wooden frame of a window has peeling paint and is covered in black mold (inside and outside the home), but the wood is in good shape. What is the best way todeal with the mold and prep for new paint?

    TSP (Tri-Sodium Phosphate)

    Be careful if you use a strong solution - it is a caustic.

    Wear good eye protection, good protective gloves
