Pergola on slab

I want to do a project to pour a slab and construct a pergola in the future. I do not know the exact placement of the posts yet. Will a rebar slab support a 12×14’ pergola with 6×6” posts? Or do I need footings poured?

    I have a quote for the slab that will be on compacted gravel prob 4-6” I think
