I have a client who is looking for different designs of garages that feature living space in the upper floor. Anyone have a good online source so I can real easily show him?

Mad Dog,
Try cadsmith.com and abetterplan.com for starters. (I really got to learn how to post a link)

*Jon...Here is the HTML to post a link...the HTML is near-universal, it'll work on most any platform:<A HREF="http://www.cadsmith.com">Cadsmith.com</A>This code will show the folloing link:Cadsmith.comThe RED STUFF is the HTML code for a link. It has to be exactly the same, any excluded character will result in a broken link. The BLUE STUFF between the quotation marks is the exact URL for the website that you want to link to. It's often best to cut and paste these for accuracy. The GREEN STUFF between the carrots is the text that you want to appear as the link, the part you click on. BTW, thanks for the links...On this forum we have "auto-link" capability...a simpler method which only requires you to add "http://www." in front of the ".com" addresses that you posted. http://www.abetterplan.com
*MD, break out the crayons! Or an architects rule and gragh paper for a more refined look. You can probably come up with a good design on your own. Jeff

*Thanks everyone.
*Mad DogI drew up a plan (sketch) for myself back during a batchelor stint between marriages - never got to build it - but it was a great one bedroom batchelor pad over a garage/shop. I'd be happy to send you a copy if it would help?
*Mongo,Thanks. Of all the "how to post a link for idiots" posts we've had, yours was the easiest to follow. (idiots like me love color coding) Printed it out and will test it in the tavern.JonC
*buz,That's very generous. I'll let you know how things progress. Met today with the client and showed him stuff Iprinted out from Jon C's sites.
