Does anyone know where I can buy plans for constructing a small shop (20’x24′ or slightly larger) utilizing light gauge steel channel?
I need something that I can get approved by the local planning/zoning office. (Otherwise I would just wing it…) This would be for a small welding shop, so it could be basically a set of garage plans as long as it was made with steel framing. I understand that to get approved, steel framed structures need to appear a bit more engineered than standard stick build structures.
