Has anyone use Ply Gem Mira line windows and doors? I have their casements and over 10 IGU’s have leaked their gas and clouded up and they’re only 5 years old. Also numerous other issues including leaks at mitered corners, insufficient thermal break, etc. I don’t know how a company can be in business and produce such low quality products. I don’t have the financial resources to rip these out and replace them but I know sooner than later that’s going to need to happen. Just wondering if anyone else has had any experience with these windows.
A little background on installation of windows. Full perimeter of opening taped in Grace Vycor Plus, window flanges taped with ZIP tape (except base flange), rainscreen installed, 3 coat hard stucco applied.

Doesn’t the company have a warranty?
And
Is there any finish on the wood members?
Calvin, they do have a 20-YR warranty which they have been standing behind. For me it's a major inconvenience that every year having to see what new sashes clouded up and then having to replace them myself. I have a pile of old sashes stacking up since they do not take the old ones. I just can't imagine how a company can function like this? My parents have Andersen's in their house since the mid 70's and had 1 IGU fail.
The window is not finished aside from factory vacuum treatment.
I understand now, these fails have been on your jobs and I can surely sympathize. I need to ask the new owners of a remodeled (5 yrs ago) house down the street, as two of their sash have clouded and been replaced.....maybe ply gem...
Almost 50 yrs in the trade and things I’ve seen would make for a thick book. It had gotten to the point where when asked an opinion I would hesitate.
