Source control, ventilation, and filtration are the keys to healthy indoor air quality. Dehumidification is important too.

Buy the standard 1 3/4 inch track and discard the steel legs. Make a header thick enough to accommodate the thick door, hang the track from the center of that, and build your own wall around it, spaced however far apart you want it to be.

I think Johnson has hardware kits for 2.25" thick doors...
Check Haefele, Johnston is garbage compared to it.
Are you looking for the hardware or the entire framework as well?
If you just need the track and rollers, there are several out there that can carry some heavy doors. You'll need to know the weight of your door so you can get the right track and rollers.
I just reworked a pocket door and dumped the cheap "J" track for a Johnston kit. Big mistake!! It was a real SOB trying to get the pins on the rollers engaged in the door brackets.
