Without knowing what type of hardware or brand of jamb ,Iwill always double the door width plus 2 inches, door height plus 4inches for rough framing.Easier to make the opening smaller than bigger.
RTFI!!
Do not try this at home!

Why not get your hardware, and get the info from the instructions?

Follow Ruperts advice.
Make the framing deadly accurate, head and jacks. Using the builders level is not too anal. It will make hanging the door much easier.
